We Were Promised Jetpacks, the most accomplished in Europe out of the 3 showcase bands chosen by FatCat to represent the label in Europe, recently recorded their sophomore album in Iceland’s  Sundlaugin Studio (Sigur Ros’s famous swimming pool studio) which is due for release this October. It’s fair to say that there will be a lot of eager fans excited to hear the new album performed live, as much of the album (title to be announced soon) will have been played on radio stations worldwide by the time the tour takes to the road. WWPJ’s reputation alone will fill these venues – but here is a direct promise from the record label that album # 2 is something special,- bigger and more accomplished than anything the band have recorded before, and which will be unleashed in the following cities.
